Ingretients:
Whole wheat english muffin
2 eggs
cheese( i used feta)
4 oz of turkey breast lunch meat
non-stick spray
salt and pepper
butter or onion chive cream cheese
Directions:
- Spray pan with non-stick spray. Put lunch meat in pan in order to warm it up.
- Crack eggs. I enjoy my eggs fried but do them the way you like. Use salt and pepper to taste. Cook and flip eggs when almost done top with cheese of your choice. Put lid on skillet in order to help cheese to melt.
- While your doing this toast your english muffin.
- Put either the butter or cream cheese on your english muffin and the the top with eggs and meat.
