Beef Stir Fry


This is stupid easy

Ingredients:
1-2lbs Bottom round steak
1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
pepper to taste
rep pepper flakes
minced garlic
olive oil ( to fry)
veggies or choice ( I used mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli)
rice or noodles for the side

Directions:
  1. Take meat and cut in to 1/2 inch strips. Take soy sauce, garlic, pepper, vinegar, and red pepper flakes and put them in to a dish and add meat. Let marinade for at least 30 min.
  2. Chop veggies while you wait.
  3. Cook rice or noodles too.
  4. Get a big pan ( wok if you have one ) and put in on med high heat. Add about 1-2 tbsp of oil and let the pan heat up. Once you see the oil start to bead up add meat. Cook until you see it start to brown. Pull out and set to the side in a bowl.
  5. Add some more oil and then saute' the veggies. Add meat once the veggies have been cooking for about 3-7min. Add meat and finish it off.
  6. Scoop some rice and top with stir fry.
