Steak Dinner

Ingredients
 1-2lbs Steak
5oz mushrooms
Seasoning for steak ( I used Montreal steak seasoning)
Potato
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt/Pepper
Paprika
Cesar salad ( I used a bag mix and it wasn't to bad. I had a coupon)
 
Directions:
 
Season meat with Montreal and a little olive oil. Set aside for at least 30min. Rinse and chop potato. Toss potato's with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Spray cookie sheet and place in oven and roast on 375 until tender. Stir occasionally. Heat up foreman grill to 350 and cook until done to your likeness. While the steak is cooking chop and saute mushroom with a little salt, pepper, olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika. About 3-5min.
 
Pull steak off grill and slice into strips. Top with mushrooms and serve with your bag or homemade salad.

This was the best salad ever...
 
Ingredients:
 Lettuce
Almonds
Cheese
Purple grapes
 
Dressing
Pepper
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
 
Directions:
 
Rinse lettuce and chop. Also chop up almonds to your desired size. Assemble salad with all ingredients and drizzle your olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle some pepper and your good to go. I used pepper jack cheese and it was so delicious. The spice from the cheese and the sweet from the grapes with the tart from the vinegar. One of my best on the spot meals...
