Vegan Breakfast Wrap

1 brown rice tortilla
1/4 diced sweet white onion
1/2 small avocado
1 small organic heirloom tomato
2 garlic stuffed olives
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp diced cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

add any other veggies you like

Very easy and quick meal -


Dice all veggies and place in a bowl, stir gently, add salt, pepper and a little lemon juice

Warm up your tortilla wrap - place veggies in wrap, then wrap and roll

Enjoy
